London, Britain: Handel was born in Germany in 1685, he received his musical education in Italy and spent all his life in Britain, where he wrote operas in Italian and English. He had created some music for the coronation of king George second in 1727, that is since used for all British coronations. In 1980 in a music concert held in a church in Italy, I heard one of his organ concerts for the first time and became his fan. In today's images, his statue made by the French sculptor Roubliliac from the V & A museum.

लंदन, ब्रिटेनः हैण्डल का जन्म 1685 में जर्मनी में हुआ,  संगीत की शिक्षा इटली में मिली और सारा जीवन ब्रिटेन में बीता जहाँ उन्होंने इतालवी तथा अंग्रेज़ी भाषा में ओपेरा संगीत-नाटक लिखे. सन् 1727 में उन्होंने जोर्ज द्वितीय के राजा बनने का संगीत बनाया जिसे तबसे हर अंगरेज़ शासक के राज्याभिषेख पर बजाया जाता है. सन 1980 में इटली में एक गिरजाघर में होने वाली एक पश्चिमी शास्त्रीय संगीत सभा में उनकी संगीतबद्ध की हुई  एक ओरगन कन्सर्ट सुनी तो मुझे उनके संगीत से प्रेम हो गया! आज की तस्वीरों में फ्राँसिसी शिल्पकार रूबीलिया द्वारा बनायी उनकी मूर्ति, वी एन्ड ए संग्रहालय से.

Londrà, Inghilterra: Handel era nato in Germania nel 1685, aveva studiato musica in Italia e vissuto per tutta la vita in Inghilterra, dove aveva scritto molte opere in italiano e inglese. Nel 1727, per la coronazione del re Giorgio secondo, aveva scritto della musica che da allora si suona per tutte le coronazioni reali inglesi. Nel 1980, in un concerto di musica classica in una chiesa in Italia, avevo sentito per la prima volta uno dei suoi concerti di musica per organo ed ero diventato il suo ammiratore. Nelle immagini di oggi, c'è la sua statua, opera dello scultore francese Roubiliac, esposta nel museo V & A.
