Brazilia, Brazil: Brazilia is known for its ultramodern architecture. I feel as if this city wishes to proclaim that it is the capital of a new country and new people. The president's palace with its steel and glass is also modern. Yet the guards outside the gates are dressed in old European style and its daily "change of guards" ceremony reminded me of Buckingham palace in London.
ब्राज़िलिया, ब्राज़ीलः ब्राज़िलिया शहर अपनी अतिआधुनिक वास्तुकला के लिए प्रसिद्ध है. मुझे लगता है मानो यह शहर स्पष्ट करना चाहता है कि वह एक नये देश के नये लोगों की राजधानी है. शीशे व स्टील के सम्मिश्रण से बना राष्ट्रपति भवन भी आधुनिक शैली का है. लेकिन उसके बाहर खड़े हुए अंगरक्षक पुरानी यूरोपीय पौशाकों में हैं और अंगरक्षक बदलने की शैली को देख कर लँडन का बक्किंघम पैलेस की याद आ गयी.
Brasilia, Brasile: Brasilia è conosciuta per la sua architettura ultra moderna. Mi sembra come se la città vuole annunciare a tutti che è la capitale di un paese nuovo e di un nuovo popolo. Anche il palazzo presidenziale, tutto vetro e acciaio, è in stile moderno. Ma le guardie alla sua entrata hanno una divisa stile vecchia Europa e la sua cerimonia di "cambio di guardie" mi aveva fatto pensare al Buckingham palace di Londra.
