Delhi zoo, India: I think that Indian elephants are smaller compared to African elephants, but they are also more friendly and mild in nature. When I think of increasing urbanization and decreasing spaces for the wildlife, I especially feel bad for this loss of habitat for the elephants.
दिल्ली चिड़ियाघर, भारतः भारत में पाये जाने वाले हाथी अफ्रीकी हाथियों से कुछ छोटे लगते हैं, लेकिन साथ ही मानव के अधिक करीब, मृदुल और सरल स्वभाव के लगते हैं. कभी सोचूँ तो सभी वन्य पशुओं में से सब से अधिक दुख मुझे हाथियों के लिए ही होता है कि मानव विकास के साथ प्रकृति में इनके रहने की जगह घटती जा रही है.
Zoo di Delhi, India: Penso che gli elefanti indiandi, in confronto agli elefanti africani, sono più piccoli ma anche più amichevoli e gentili. Quando penso alla crescente urbanizzazione e i ridotti spazi per gli animali, gli elefanti mi fanno una pena particolare, per la perdita del loro spazi naturali.

पहली तस्वीर में शायद भारतीय हाथी नहीं है. आपने सही कहा, भारतीय हाथी ज्यादा "मानवीय" होते/लगते है.
ReplyDeleteसंजय, शायद कैमरे के एँगल की वजह से पहली तस्वीर वाला नर हाथी कुछ अफ्रीकी सा लग रहा है! :)
