Bidar, Karnataka, India: Inside the fort, in the lower part surrounding the lake, their are farmers' fields. When I saw their buffaloes grazing amidst the ruins, it felt as if they were are not just lifeless crumbling walls kept for the tourists, but history was still alive in them.
बिदर, कर्णाटक, भारतः किले के भीतर, झील के पास वाले निचले हिस्से में किसानों के खेत हैं. जब उनकी भैंसें प्राचीन खण्डहरों के बीच घास चरती हुई दिखीं तो लगा कि उनसे यह खण्डहर केवल पर्यटकों के लिए बनी जीवन-विहीन गिरती हुई दीवारें नहीं हैं, बल्कि उनमें इतिहास अभी भी जीवित हैं.
Bidar, Karnataka, India: Dentro la rocca, nella parte inferiore intorno al lago, vi sono i campi dei contadini. Quando ho visto i loro bufali pascolare fra le rovine, mi è sembrato che non erano soltanto delle vecchie mura cadenti tenute per i turisti, ma la storia era viva dentro di esse.
