Chinese Kitchen - Cucina Cinese - चीनी रसोई

योंग शेंग, ली ज्यांग,चीनः आज प्रस्तुत हैं दक्षिण पश्चिमी चीन के युनान प्रदेश में एक छोटे से शहर के छोटे सा साधारण रेस्टोरेंट की रसोई की कुछ तस्वीरें. सब्ज़ियों में से अधिकतर चीज़ें वही थीं जो भारत में भी मिलती हैं पर मसाले कुछ अलग लगे. हल्दी, अदरक, जीरा, इत्यादि नहीं दिखे, जबकि मूँगफ़ली का उपयोग बहुत होता है. आप देखिये, क्या सब चीज़ों को पहचान पाते हैं?

Yong Sheng, Li Jiang, China: Today's pictures are from the kitchen of a small restaurant in a small city in south-western part of China in Yunnan province. While I was familiar with most of the vegetables, I was not so sure about the other spices they added to the food. Compared to the Indian kitchen, I didn't see curcuma, ginger, cumin, etc., there were lot of peppers and peanuts.

Yong Sheng, Li Jiang, Cina: Le foto di oggi sono dalla cucina di un modesto restorante di una piccola cittadina nello stato di Yunnan nel sud-ovest della Cina. La maggior parte delle verdurre mi erano famgliari mentre non ne ero così sicuro riguardo le spezie. Non ho visto curcuma, zenzero, cummino, ecc., e dall'altra parte avevano molti tipi di pepperoncini, e spesso usavano noccioline.
