New York, USA: The Immigrants' memorial is a little melodrammatic and filmi. It depicts the feelings of immigrants reaching America during the last century. Today's modern and educated immigrants coming to USA or Europe do not have so much dramma in their journeys. However, even today, there are poor immigrants who sell off their houses and make illegal journeys with help of money-making agents, sometimes dying on the way. May be they can still see a reflection of their experiences and feelings in this memorial.
न्यू योर्क, अमरीकाः प्रवासी स्मारक बहुत नाटकीय और फ़िल्मी है, जो पिछली सदी में अमरीका आने वाले प्रवासियों की भावनाओं का चित्रण करता है. आधुनिक पढ़े लिखे प्रवासियों के अमरीका या यूरोप जाने में अब कुछ नाटकीय नहीं होता. पर आज भी घर बार बेच कर, पैसा एँठने वाले एजेंटों के भरोसे, गैर कानूनी ढंग से जान को खतरे में डाल कर आने वाले गरीब प्रवासियों की यात्राओं में, जिनमें से कई रास्ते में मर जाते हैं, शायद इस स्मारक में अपने अनुभवों और भावनाओं की झलक दिखती होगी.
Nuova York, Stati Uniti: Questo memoriale agli immigrati è un po' melodrammatico. Esso rappresenta le emozioni degli immigrati che arrivavano in America nel secolo scorso. Gli immigrati moderni e benestanti di oggi non affrontano viaggi così drammatici. Ma ancora oggi vi sono poveri che vendono le loro case per intraprendere viaggi illegali con l'aiuto di agenti che vogliono guadagnare, e qualche volta perdono le loro vite durante questi viaggi. Forse loro vedano le loro emozioni rispecchiate in queste figure.
