बोलोनिया, इटलीः "मेरा नाम जोकर" राजकपूर की सन् 1970 की फ़िल्म है, जिसका संदेश था कि विदूषक का काम है लोगों को हँसाना और उनका मन खुश करना, चाहे उसके अपने मन में दुख हो या शोक. मुझे लगता है कि दुख या शोक में भी अगर हम हँस सकते हैं, हँसा सकते हैं, तो दुख अपने आप कम हो जाता है. आशा है कि आज की तस्वीरों के लाल विदूषकों को देख कर आप का मन भी प्रसन्न होगा.

Invece penso che quando siamo tristi, sorridere diminuisce la tristezza. Spero che le immagini dei pagliacci rossi dalla parata Par Tot di Bologna, vi faranno sorridere.
