Sisterhood - Sorellanza -

Corentyne, Guyana: Carmen teaches at school and she has a child with disability, who is grown up now. Carmen uses her free time to help other families who have a disabled child. I have seen many such programmes in the world where usually it is women who help others and very few men are involved. Why don't we use expressions like "sisterhood" rather than "brotherhood"? In the picture Carmen with Joel Mandal and his family.
