रोम, इटलीः इटली में इतिहास के अवशेष हर तरफ़ बिखरे हुए हैं, कुछ सौ या हज़ार वर्ष पुरानी मूर्तियाँ और भवन, सड़क पर चलते चलते घरों के बीच में से अचानक दिख जाते हैं या मिल जाते हैं, बस उन्हें पहचानने की दृष्टि चाहिये. ऐसा ही अन्य पुराने शहर जैसे दिल्ली में भी होता है. आज की तस्वीरों में रोम से कुछ इसी तरह के तस्वीरें जिनमें प्राचीन इतिहास आज की भागदौड़ के बीच में घुलामिला खड़ा है. सभी तस्वीरें रोम के तेरमिनी रेलवे स्टेशन के आसपास खींचीं गयीं हैं.

Rome, Italy: In Italy the remains of the history are scattered every where. You can suddenly encounter some hundred or thousand years old statues or ruins while walking on the streets, but of course, you need the knowledge to recognise them. It happens also in other old cities like in Delhi in India. Todays pictures from Rome are like that, where history is mixed up with todays hurried lives. All pictures are from areas not far from the Termini railway station in Rome.

Quando vai sulla strada puoi incontrare statue o rovine vecchie di centiania o mille anni, ma hai bisogno dell'occhio che li riconosce. Sucede così anche in altre città con una lunga storia come a Delhi in India. Le foto di oggi sono così, dove la storia si è mescolata con la vita frettolosa di oggi.
