Chinese Exercise - Esercizi Cinesi - चीनी व्यायाम

युनान, चीनः पिछले वर्ष की युनान यात्रा में छोटे बड़े शहरों में सुबह सुबह बाहर खुली जगहों पर चीनी लोगों का व्यायाम करना मुझे बहुत अच्छा लगता था. कभी उनके हाथों में पँखे होते, कभी गुब्बारे, कभी कुछ भी नहीं पर हर बार सब लोगों को एक साथ धीरे धीरे अलग अलग मुद्राएँ बनाना, एक नृत्य जैसा लगता था.

Yunnan, China: Last year during my travel in Yunnan, I really loved watching groups of persons exercising early in the morning in the open areas of the cities. Some times they held fans in their hands, or ballons, etc. and to see them move together to change positions in slow motion, was like watching a dance.
