Milan, Italy: The pavilion of South Tyrol region from the north-east of Italy at the Expo 2015 gives importance to the nature. For sitting they have bundles of dry hay with cushions. They also have different wooden sculptures, out of which 3 are presented above - The "Oh my God!" man, the photographer and the flag holder.

मिलान, इटलीः विश्व एक्स्पो 2015 में इटली के उत्तर पूर्वी क्षेत्र आल्तो आदिजे की पेविलियन में प्रकृति को महत्व दिया गया है. बैठने के लिए सूखे घासफूस के बँडल है जिनपर कुशन रखे हैं. वहाँ पर बहुत सी लकड़ी की मूर्तियाँ भी हैं जिनमें से तीन प्रस्तुत हैं - "हे भगवान!" वाला पुरुष, फोटोग्राफर तथा झँडे वाला युवक.

Milano, Italia: Il padiglione della regione Alto Adige dal nord-est di Italia, sottolinea l'importanza della natura. Per sedersi hanno dei pacchi di fieno con dei cuscini. Hanno anche diverse sculture in legno, dei quali presento 3 - l'uomo "O Dio!", il fotografo e il porta bandiera.

Sexy veggies - Verdure sexy - सैक्सी सब्ज़ियाँ

Milan, Italy: At the World Expo 2015, French sculptor Patrick Laroche has made steel sculptures of vegetables like pepperoni and artichokes. Today the photography of vegetables and food items is a specialized field where these are shown in beautiful and sexy ways. They have their own magazines and blogs. Vegetable sculptures of Laroche are also look like some fashion models, preening and showing off their curves.

मिलान, इटलीः विश्व एक्स्पो 2015 में फ्राँसिसी शिल्पकार पैट्रिक लारोश ने स्टील की सब्ज़ियाँ बनायी हैं, जैसे कि शिमला मिर्च, आर्टीचोकस, आदि. आजकल सब्ज़ियों तथा खाने की चीज़ों की फोटोग्राफ़ी करना भी एक विषेशज्ञ काम है जिसमें फैशन मॉडलों की तरह सब्ज़ियों आदि को भी सुन्दर व सैक्सी बना कर दिखाया जाता है. इनकी अपनी पत्रिकाएँ, ब्लाग आदि होते हैं. लारोश की सब्ज़ियाँ भी किसी फैशन मॉडल की तरह इतराती हुई दिखती हैं.

Milano, Italia: Al Expo 2015, scultore francese Patrick Laroche ha presentato le sculture in acciaio di alcune verdure come i peperoni e i carciofi. Oggi fotografare le verdure e le cose da mangiare è un campo specializzato che presenta queste cose come delle modelle, in forme belle e sexy. Hanno le loro reviste e i blog dedicati. Anche le verdure di Laroche sembrano delle modelle che stanno con il naso in su e che mostrano le loro curve.

Parachute girl - Ragazza con paracadute - पैराशूटवाली लड़की

Milan, Italy: Saw this sculpture at the China pavilion in the World Expo 2015. Two arms that have scenes of nomads in a desert on them, hands holding a globe and on the top, a girl gliding on it, holding a clothe in her hand that is flying in the air like a parachute.

मिलान, इटलीः विश्व एक्स्पो 2015 में चीनी पेविलियन के सामने इस मूर्ति को देखा. दो बाँहें जिन पर रेगिस्तान के खानाबदोशों की कोई घटना चित्रित है, हाथों में ग्लोब का गोला और उसपर फिसलती हुई युवती जिसके हाथों में एक कपड़ा है, जो हवा में पैराशूट सा उड़ रहा है.

Milan, Italy: Oscar wining set designer Dante Ferretti has designed a series of shops selling fruits, vegetables, meat, wine, etc. at the World Expo 2015. Like the film sets, everything in these beautiful shops is artificial.

In our heart - Nel nostro cuore - अपने दिल में

Milan, Italy: In the Poland pavilion at the World Expo 2015, they have a sculpture by Igor Mitoraj called "The great Tuscan". Mitoraj is known for his sculptures of ruins of human bodies. In this sculpture, there is a window in the chest where a face is there. What did Mitoraj wish to say in this work? That whatever our age, in our hearts we remain young? Is that figure of his father in his heart? Is that the face of his lover?

मिलान, इटलीः विश्व एक्स्पो 2015 में पोलैंड पेविलियन में वहाँ के प्रसिद्ध शिल्पकार इगोर मिटोराज की कलाकृति है "टस्कनी का बड़ा आदमी". मिटोराज अपनी भग्न मानव शैली के लिए जाने जाते हैं. इस मूर्ति में छाती पर एक चकोर खिड़की है जिसमें एक चेहरा है. इस मूर्ति का क्या अर्थ है? कि चाहे हमारी जितनी भी उम्र हो, दिल में हम किशोर ही रहते हैं? या दिल में वह पिता की आकृति है? या प्रेमी का चेहरा है?

Milano, Italia: Al padiglione polacco del Expo 2015, c'è l'opera "Grande toscano" di Igor Mitoraj. Mitoraj è conosciuto per le sue sculture delle figure umane in rovine. In questa statua, c'è una finestra sul suo torace dove si vede una faccia. Cosa vuole dire questa opera? Che nonostante la nostra età, dentro i nostri cuori possiamo sentirci giovani? E' la faccia del padre nel suo cuore? E' la faccia del suo amante?

Horse art - Arte cavalla - घोड़ा कला

Milan, Italy: Horses are the subjects of different art works at Expo 2015. The 4 horses of the first image were the works of Francesco Messina made for Rome Expo in 1942 that was cancelled due to second world war. The colourful horse of second image is for "Joy of moving" exhibition to remind children to go out and play in open air. The third opera is by Giuliano Tomaino, who has made a series of red coloured art works for the Expo.

मिलान, इटलीः विश्व एक्स्पो 2015 में कई कलाकृतियों में घोड़े हैं, उनमें से तीन कलाकृतियाँ प्रस्तुत हैं. पहली कलाकृति के चार घोड़े शिल्पकार फ्राँचेस्को मेस्सीना द्वारा 1942 की रोम में होने वाली एक्सपो प्रदर्शनी के लिए बनाये गये थे पर चूँकि उस समय दूसरा विश्व युद्ध चल रहा था, वह प्रदर्शनी रद्द कर दी गयी थी. दूसरी तस्वीर का रंगबिरंगा घोड़ा बच्चों को यह याद कराने के लिए बनाया गया है कि खुली हवा में खेलना भी महत्वपूर्ण है. तीसरी कलाकृति के कलाकार हैं जूलिआनो तोमाइनों जिन्होंने इस प्रदर्शनी के लिए लाल रंग की विभिन्न कलाकृतियाँ बनायी हैं.

Milano, Italia: I soggetti di diverse opere d'arte esposte al Expo 2015 sono i cavalli. I 4 cavalli della prima immagine erano stati creati da Francesco Messina per l'Expo 1942 che si doveva tenere a Roma, ma che era stato annullato per causa della seconda guerra mondiale. Il cavallo multicolore della seconda immagine è parte di una mostra "la gioia del movimento" per ricordare i bambini che è importante anche giocare al aperto. La terza opera è di Giuliano Tomaino che ha creato una serie di opere, tutte in rosso, per l'Expo.

LED flowers - Fiori LED - लेड फ़ूल

Milan, Italy: At the Turkish pavilion in the World Expo 2015, they have colourful LED flowers with sensors in them. When you pass close to them or pass your hand in the air above them, they light up. They were lovely and reminded me of certain scenes from the film "Avatar".

मिलान, इटलीः विश्व एक्स्पो 2015 में तुर्की पेविलियन में रंगीन लेड बत्तियों के फ़ूलों में सैन्सर लगे थे. आप पास से गुज़रते या उनके ऊपर हवा में हाथ  ले कर जाते तो धीरे धीरे वह बत्तियाँ जल जातीं. बहुत सुन्दर थीं और उन्हें देख कर अमरीकी फ़िल्म "अवतार" के कुछ दृष्य याद आ रहे थे.

Milano, Italia: Al padiglione della Turchia, hanno i fiori LED di diversi colori con dei sensori. Quando li passi vicino o passi la mano in aria sopra di loro, si accendono. Erano belli e mi ricordavano alcune scene del film "Avatar".

Changing walls - Pareti che cambiano - बदलती दीवारें

Milan, Italy: At the World Expo 2015, there are many examples of architectural experiments, such as the changing ways in which walls can be perceived. Poster on the walls or video-walls are now common. The walls of Uruguay pavilion that had more windows and less walls was perhaps inspired from the Hawa Mahal in Jaipur. On the other hand Israel pavilion with crops growing on its walls was certainly innovative.

मिलान, इटलीः विश्व एक्स्पो 2015 में वास्तुशिल्प के नये प्रयोगों के अनेक उदाहरण हैं, जैसे दीवारों के बदलते रूप. दीवारों पर पोस्टर या वीडियों दीवारें तो अब आम हो चुकी हैं. उरुगुवाय की दीवार जिसमें दीवार कम खिड़कियाँ अधिक थीं, ने शायद जयपुर के हवामहल से प्रेरणा ली थी. लेकिन इज़राइल की पेवेलियन की दीवार जिसपर फसलें उग रहीं थीं बिल्कुल अनोखी लगी.

Mialno, Italia: Al Expo 2015, vi sono diversi esempi di esperimenti archetettonici - per esempio, come cambiano le pareti. Manifesti sulle pareti o pareti di video sono oramai comuni. Il padiglione di Uruguay aveva più finistre e meno pareti, ed era forse ispirato dal palazzo dei venti di Jaipur. Invece la parete del padigione di Israele, dove crescevano le piante era certamente innovativa.

Three antelopes - Tre antilopi - तीन हिरण

Milan, Italy: At the world Expo 2015, I liked the ceramic antelopes by the artist Alberto Loro inside and around the pavilion of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan has also used the colours of its national flag in a giant candy sculpture outside its pavilion, which I liked. You can see the giant candy-flag in the second image behind the antelope.

मिलान, इटलीः विश्व एक्स्पो 2015 में अज़ेर्बाइजान की पेवेलियन में और उसके आसपास शिल्पकार अल्बेर्तो लोरो की कलाकृतियाँ सिरेमिक के रंग बिरंगे हिरण बहुत सुन्दर लगे. अज़ेर्बाइजान ने पेवेलियन के बाहर अपने राष्ट्रीय के रंगों को एक भीमकाय टॉफ़ी की शिल्पकला से प्रस्तुत किया था, वह भी मुझे अच्छा लगा. दूसरी तस्वीर में हिरण के पीछे उस टॉफ़ी-ध्वज को आप देख सकते हैं.

Milano, Italia: Al Expo 2015, dentro e intorno al padiglione di Azerbaijan vi sono alcuni antilopi di ceramica del artista Alberto Loro che mi sono piaciuti. Inoltre, Azerbaijan ha una grossa caramella nei colori della loro bandiera nazionale fuori dal padiglione che non è male. Nella seconda immagine potete vedere la caramella-bandiera gigante dietro al antilope.

Three women - Tre donne - तीन नारियाँ

Milan, Italy: Today there are 3 sculptures of women from World Expo 2015 that I liked. I could not find the name of the sculptor of the first one. The second sculpture is called "Ecstacy" and is by Giuseppe Renda. The third sculpture is of Italian actress Elsa de Giorgi and is by Leoncillo Leonardi.

मिलान, इटलीः आज विश्व एक्स्पो 2015 से तीन नारी मूर्तियाँ जो मुझे बहुत अच्छी लगीं. पहली तस्वीर के शिल्पकार का नाम नहीं जान पाया, दूसरी तस्वीर की मूर्ति का शीर्षक है "चर्म आनन्द" और इसके शिल्पकार हैं ज्यूसेप्पे रेनदा, तथा तीसरी मूर्ति इतालवी अभिनेत्री एल्ज़ा दे जोर्जी की है जिसके शिल्पकार है लेओनचिल्लो लिओनार्दी.

Milano, Italia: Oggi 3 sculture di donne dal Expo 2015 che mi sono piaciute. Non ho trovato il nome dello scultore della prima. La seconda scultura si intitola "Estasi" ed è di Giuseppe Renda. La terza scultura è dell'attrice italiana Elsa de Giorgi ed è di Leoncillo Leonardi.

Rose tower - Torre di Rosa - गुलाब मीनार

Milan, Italy:World Expo 2015 has a "Rose tower" inspired from the 750 years old tradition of Viterbo, a town situated to the south of Rome. Every September, 100 persons of Viterbo carry "the tower of St Rose", which is the 90 feet (28 metres) tall and weighs 50 tons, on their shoulders in the city streets. The tower has many angels, lions and a lot of roses. This tradition reminds me of the "Jagganath yatra" of Puri in India.

मिलान, इटलीः विश्व एक्स्पो 2015 में रोम के दक्षिण में स्थित वितेर्बो नाम के शहर की एक 750 वर्ष पुरानी प्रथा से प्रेरित "गुलाब मीनार" है.  हर वर्ष सितम्बर में वितेर्बो के 100 व्यक्ति, 90 फुट उँची 50 टन की "संत रोज़ की मीनार" को कँधे पर शहर में घुमाते हैं. मीनार में देवदूत, शेर, आदि के साथ साथ बहुत सारे रोज़ (गुलाब) के फ़ूल भी लगे हैं. यह प्रथा मुझे भारत में पुरी की जगन्नाथ यात्रा जैसे लगती है.

Milano, Italia: Expo 2015 ha una "torre di Rosa" ispirato dalla tradizione di Viterbo, a sud di Roma, che dura da 750 anni. In ogni settembre, 100 persone di Viterbo, portano la torre di Santa Rosa, che è alta 28 metri e pesa 50 tonellate, sulle loro spalle nelle vie della città. Oltre agli angeli e leoni, la torre è addobata con tanti fiori di rosa. Questa tradizione mi ricorda il Jagganath Yatra a Puri in India.

Milan, Italy: Italian sculptor Giacinto Bosco is known for his blue human figures and a banana like shining moon. Today's images have one of his sculptures from the World Expo 2015, where a blue man has climbed in the sky on a rope and is catching the moon.

Chinese umbrellas - Ombrelli cinesi - चीनी छतरियाँ

Milan, Italy: The Chinese national pavilion at World Expo 2015 is very beautiful. Outside it has a field of yellow flowers. Inside it is decorated with traditional wooden umbrellas. And there is a sea of LED lights, which if you look from a distance, presents scenes of life from China. Today's images have some close-ups of their umbrellas and lights.

मिलान, इटलीः विश्व एक्स्पो 2015 की प्रदर्शनी में चीन का राष्ट्रीय पेविलियन बहुत सुन्दर है. उसके बाहर पीले फ़ूलों के खेत हैं. भीतर एक ओर पाराम्परिक लकड़ी की छतरियों से सजावट की गयी है. दूसरी ओर  लेड की बत्तियों से समुद्र बनाया गया है जिसकी बदलती रोशमियाँ दूर से देखें तो उनमें चीन के दृश्य दिखते हैं. आज की तस्वीरों में वहाँ से छतरियों तथा बत्तियों के कुछ क्लोज़अप.

Milano, Italia: Il padiglione nazionale cinese al Expo 2015 è bello. Fuori ha un campo di fiori gialli. Dentro è stato addobbato con gli ombrelli tradizionali di legno. E poi ha un mare di luci LED, che se guardi da una certa distanza, presentano le scene della vita cinese. Le immagini di oggi hanno alcuni primi piani dei loro ombrelli e le luci.

Ghost dance - Danza dei fantasmi - भूतिया नृत्य

Milan, Italy: At the world expo 2015, many countries along with their advanced technology, also present their traditional arts. Today's images have the traditional dance Phi Ta Khon from Thailand, that is also known as ghost dance. This dance is a tradition in the Loei province in the north-east of Thailand. One of the stories behind this dance is about Buddha who was walking near a forest and the forest ghosts became his followers and started walking behind him.

मिलान, इटलीः विश्व एक्स्पो 2015 की प्रदर्शनी में कई देश आधुनिक तकनीकी के साथ साथ अपनी पाराम्परिक कलाओं को भी प्रदर्शित करते हैं. आज की तस्वीरों में वहाँ से थाईलैंड का पाराम्परक फ़ी टा खोन नृत्य जिसे भूतों का नृत्य भी कहते हैं. यह नृत्य थाईलैंड के उत्तरपूर्वी भाग लोएइ की परम्परा है. इस नृत्य के पीछे एक कहानी है जिसके अनुसार एक बार जब महात्मा बुद्ध जँगल के पास से जा रहे थे तो जँगल के भूत उनके भक्त हो गये और उनके पीछे चलने लगे.

Le immagini di oggi hanno la danza tradizionale dalla Tailandia, Phi Ta Khon, conosciuta anche come la danza dei fantasmi. Questa danza è una tradizione della provincia di Loei nel nord-est del paese. Una delle storie collegate a questa danza parla di Buddha che camminava vicino alla foresta e i fantasmi della foresta sono diventati i suoi seguaci e hanno iniziato a camminare dietro a lui.

Mirror worlds - Mondi specchio - आइनों की दुनिया

Milan, Italy:In the World Expo 2015, many countries have used mirrors in their pavilions. I especially loved the Russian pavilion, where the whole roof is a giant mirror in which the world below is turned upside down. Today's images have some mirrors from the Expo.

Mi ha colpito particolarmente il padiglione della Russia dove l'intero soffitto è uno specchio gigante nel quale il mondo di sotto si vedo capovolto. Dinosaur egg - Uova di dinosauro - डायनोसोर के अँडे

Milan, Italy: At the World Expo 2015, architects have tried to come with innovative designs so that their pavilions may look different from those of other countries. Like the Malaysia pavilion. When I saw it, I asked myself, what did it represent? My first thought was that perhaps the architect had seen "Jurassic Park" and was inspired by the dinosaur eggs? I also thought of Gulliver's travels where he finds himself in the land of the giants, perhaps the hens of that giant-land laid big eggs like this? Actually they have explained that its inspiration comes from seeds, that the natural forces spread from one place to another in the forests.

मिलान, इटलीः विश्व एक्स्पो 2015 की प्रदर्शनी में आरकिटेक्टों ने  अपनी कल्पना से खोज खोज कर नये वास्तुशिल्प के डिज़ाइन सोचे हैं जिनसे उनकी पेविलियन अन्य देशों से भिन्न लगे. ऐसी ही पेवेलियन है मलेशिया की. पहली बार देखा तो सोचा कि क्या बनाया गया है? पहला विचार मन में आया कि इसके आरकिटेक्ट ने "जुरास्सिक पार्क" फ़िल्म देखी थी और शायद डायनोसोर के अँडों से प्रेरणा ली है? फ़िर मन में गुलिवर की कहानी आयी जिसमें वह भीमकाय लोगों के देश में जाता है, शायद वहाँ की मुर्गियों के अँडे भी ऐसे ही बड़े लगते होंगे? पेविलियन के बाहर लिखा है कि इसकी प्रेरणा उन बीजों से मिली हैं, जिन्हें प्रकृति जँगल में इधर से उधर बिखार देती है.

Milano, Italia: Al Expo 2015, gli architetti hanno cercanto i disegni più innovativi affinché i loro padiglioni siano diversi da quelli degli altri paesi. Come il padiglione della Malaysia. Quando làho visto, mi sono chiesto che cosa rappresentava? Il mio primo pensiero era che forse l'architetto aveva visto "Giurassic park" ed era stato ispirato dalle uova dei dinosauri nel film. Poi ho pensato alla fiaba dei viaggi di Gulliver dove lui si trova nel paese dei giganti, forse le galline di quella terra potevano fare delle uova giganti come queste? In verità, hanno spiegato che questo disegno è stato ispirato dai semi, che le forze della natura spostano da un posto all'altro nella foresta.
